March 22nd Meeting

Joan and John Rossi are hosting our March IAMs mtg at 7 pm on Thursday, March 22. They are the house on the hill on the corner of Sportsman Club and High School Road.

The American Teacher movie and discussion

By popular demand we are doing something a little different this month. We are going to watch a movie called "The American Teacher". It is a documentary about teaching in America. I hope you will join us on Friday the 13th of January at 9:15 am to watch this film. It is 80 minutes long and then we will discuss the movie. Please let me know if you can make it. The number of people attending will determine the location. It will, most likely, be hosted at a home. If you are not free during the daytime and would like to schedule an evening showing, let me know. That is certainly a possibility.

IAMs Holiday Gathering

We will be gathering for the our holiday celebration at Carol Woods' home at 7 pm on Tuesday, Dec. 13th. Please bring a wrapped ornament, a small appetizer or beverage. Looking forward to celebrating our 4th annual holiday party! Directions will follow. Please bring your partner (and kids if you have no sitter) and join us in some fun.

November 22nd IAMs Meeting

Please join me at my home on Tuesday, November 22nd for our next IAMs meeting. We will be voting on a new name so come with suggestions. So far, we have Island Autism Meetings or Island Autism Meet Up. This seems more inclusive and that is what we are all about.
